Artist Profile:

Authenticity and sincerity are hallmarks of my creative work. Deft strokes and subtle combination of colours enable me to share my creation, each piece is an exciting adventure: both mental and physical. It is this interaction that brings me closer to the world. My work is a mixture of expressionism, and futurism, where I skilfully plays with colour and lines to create a fusion of emotions, often direct and forceful. My work deals with real life, transformed in an abstract form to create an imaginative affect, where although in an abstract format, the subject can easily be identified. I believe in mood. I spontaneity captures the fleeting moment and galvanizes each instance into permanent and concrete form. It is incredible how a few strokes of the brush evoke a mood, an atmosphere. The simplicity and economy in line and composition lend my work clarity and immediacy. My work is packed with dynamic swirls, action and energy. It is forceful, strong and bold. It is the projection of my carefree and cheerful character.
